Planechase Revealed

Great news from the void. Planechase, the new casual theme for Magic: the Gathering has been revealed to all.I am impressed. So impressed that I plan to get myself a full set of the four decks just as soon as I can.

The concept is pretty cool. Your duel now is not limited to taking place in one plane. Instead you are flinging yourself through the planes as you attempt to corner your opponent. It reminds me action scenes from the movie “Jumper” where the combat winds its way across the world through worm holes.

The plane cards look pretty amazing  too.

Looking at the packaging it appears that the cards are larger than normal Magic cards. This is fitting as they represent parts of different planes.
